Our mission at the Kevork Tahta Armenian Community Sunday School is to provide an inclusive education to promote better knowledge of the Armenian language and culture. Learning based on Can Do statements of the Languages’ Ladder focusing on the main skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing assessing students’ progress and their learning ability in terms of actual outcomes.

We believe that the Armenian heritage is special and needs to be shared, therefore, we provide a safe, respectful and stimulating environment where students from all backgrounds can come together to learn and develop life-long friendships.

To ensure a strong connection between our community and Armenia, we sponsor cultural and exchange visits to Armenia and emphasise the understanding of Armenian culture through singing, drama and dancing activities.

We work closely with our teachers, parents and students to provide an exciting and relevant curriculum to ensure diaspora Armenians are always connected with their culture and home land.
